Houston, TX — Houston Hustle, one of the expansion teams in the Pro Cheer League, has announced Allen Shearer as its Team Manager, bringing decades of elite cheerleading experience and leadership to the organization.

Shearer is best known as the Founder and President of Woodlands Elite Cheer Company, a program he launched in 2002. Under his leadership, Woodlands Elite grew from a single location with just nine teams into a nationally recognized powerhouse spanning four locations and 71 teams.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Shearer has combined business acumen with a deep commitment to athlete development. His program has earned thousands of national titles, including more than 100 NCA titles, multiple Summit and Youth Summit championships, and two World Championship titles.

Widely respected within the industry, Shearer emphasizes the importance of surrounding oneself with strong people and maintaining character and integrity as the foundation for long-term success.

In addition to his competitive achievements, Shearer has played a key role in expanding the cheer industry through an innovative licensing program at Woodlands Elite. This initiative supports new gym owners by providing access to a proven business model, helping grow all-star cheerleading nationwide.

With his appointment to the Houston Hustle, Shearer is expected to bring both strategic leadership and a championship mindset to the Pro Cheer League as it begins its debut season.
