- Co-founded The Stingray Allstars in 2002, helping build one of the most respected programs in all-star cheerleading.
- Led the program to over 1,000 titles, including more than 100 NCA national championships and 12 World Championship gold medals.
- Grew Stingrays from 9 to 28 full-year teams, along with dozens of prep and half-year squads.
- Developed a gym culture rooted in consistency, athlete development, and team-wide equality.
- Revered industry leader and speaker, with national influence through USASF involvement, clinics, and mentorship.
- Continues to oversee multiple Stingray locations while mentoring athletes and coaches at every level.
