Once you're signed in with your B2B account email, new menu options will appear in the site navigation. These give you access to B2B-only ordering features, including the bulk upload tool.

Wholesale/B2B team merchandise can be found under the Team Gear menu item in the navigation.

File Upload - The Easy Method

Click Download Catalog. If you are only uploading products from specific categories, you can filter by Product Types before downloading. Otherwise, download All Product Types.

Once the file is downloaded, open the Excel sheet and enter the quantities you need for each SKU. You can use the ProductType, Category, Group, and Material columns to sort and filter your products for faster updating.

After entering your quantities, save the file and upload it back into the bulk upload tool by either:

• Dragging the file into the upload area, or
• Clicking "Upload a file" and selecting your saved document.

Once your file is uploaded, click Submit to load all items and quantities into your cart.

File Upload

If you’re uploading a CSV or XLSX, the file should include at least two columns – one for product code (SKU or UPC) and one for quantity. Accepted column names not case-sensitive, not space-sensitive:

• for SKU: SKU, Part Number, Article Number
• for UPC: UPC, Barcode, EAN, GTIN
• for Quantity: Quantity, Qty

Quantities must be whole numbers only. When searching for products, prioritize using the selected identifier (SKU or UPC). If no matches are found, the other identifier will be searched instead.

Multi-line

Easily add products with quantities by pasting from a spreadsheet:

• Each product identifier (SKU or UPC) with quantity must be on a new line or separated by a comma (,) or a semicolon (;).
• Separate the identifier from the quantity using a space or a tab.

Example 1:
SKU1234 10
SKU5678 20

Example 2:
SKU1234 10, SKU5678 20

Please note: Shopify enforces a 500-row limit when adding items to the cart. You cannot exceed this limit. If you need to add 500 or more items at once, please contact us.

Yes. Shopify limits the cart to 500 rows (different products), so a single upload can't go over that limit. Quantities within each row aren't affected. If you need to add 500 or more different items at once, please contact us.

You can save a credit card to your account in two ways.

Option 1: Save a card from your account profile

1. Click the account icon at the top of the site to go to your account.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the Payment Methods section.
4. Click + Add, enter your credit card details, and save.

You can also update or remove any saved cards in this section.

Option 2: Save a card during checkout

1. Select Credit Card as the payment method at checkout.
2. Enter your card details.
3. Check the box to save this payment method for future purchases for your location. Once saved, all contacts assigned to that location can use it.

Yes! During checkout, the Shipping and Billing address fields use Google Address Autocomplete to help you enter accurate address information quickly.

As you begin typing in the address field, matching addresses will be suggested automatically. This includes street addresses as well as business names and school names when available.

Selecting an address from the suggested list helps ensure your order is delivered correctly and reduces the chance of shipping delays caused by invalid or incomplete addresses.
