Golden State Grit helped establish the identity of the Pro Cheer League during its inaugural season. They now enter Season Two with a new challenge: reload, respond and reclaim their place at the top of the league.
Eddie Rios and Miking Lee are joining Golden State Grit heading into Season Two.
Eddie Rios brings decades of experience and one of the most decorated resumes in cheerleading. A 9-time World Champion and 19-time Worlds medalist, Eddie has helped build some of the sport’s most recognizable programs, including California All-Stars Smoed and Revolverz. In addition to serving as California All-Stars Program Director, his career includes collegiate success at Orange Coast College, where he won a 2003 UCA Collegiate National Championship, along with experience performing professionally as a member of the LA Clippers Fan Patrol. Throughout his career, Eddie has become known for building championship culture, athlete confidence and elite-level performance.
Miking Lee arrives with an accomplished coaching resume, including Worlds championships, Summit titles and multiple NCA victories throughout his career. His impact has stretched across multiple successful programs and regions, helping elevate athletes and teams at every level of the sport.
Together, Rios and Lee inherit a Golden State roster that already understands what it means to compete on the professional stage.
Golden State Grit is making it known they are not backing down from the fight.
